Newly renovated apartment located in idyllic Strømsbubukt only 7-8 min walk along the water into the city center. There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the ground floor of the dwelling. Small marina next door, garden at the front of the home. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbors, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrance to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and no smoking due to allergies

The residence is centrally located in a rural setting and a short way to the sea. Parking spaces, close to car road, screened patio with very good sun conditions Vikkilen: 5 min walk Grimstad City: 5 mins. drive Arendal: 15 mins. drive(frequent bus connections both ways right next door) Zoo, bathing land and Sørlandsparken:30 mins. drive. Golf course, hiking areas and many beaches/bathing opportunities close by.

Cozy apartment with a sea view

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

Only 15 kilometers from Kristiansand City Here you can sit and listen to nature and when the evening comes, only the moon and stars will light up for you! Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable place to stay. The cabin is located by the water, there are two canoes and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be ordered if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

Modern and attractive apartment with nice sun conditions and a cozy outdoor area. Støle is located on a peninsula about 7 km from the city centre. Nice swimming opportunities at Støle brygge located close by. At the apartment you will find garden furniture in front where you can relax. Perfect if you wish to enjoy a coffee cup, read or spend time outside. The apartment is about 25 min away from Dyreparken and Sørlandssenteret by car. Want to rent to quiet and proper people. Boat arch, right on the waterfront. Kayaks June-September

Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from June-October.

Place to stay

Idyllic boat house/cabin at the shore of the sea.

Perfect spot for a small family or alone by the sea. The boathouse is from the 70s and is traditionally built. Here you can enjoy the sea view, take a bath or lie in the sun. The boat house is simply furnished with all you need of kitchenware, dishes towels and dusting cloths. In addition, there is toilet paper. The boathouse is insulated and it keeps a good temperature even when the wind blows. Especially beautiful it is in the fall.
