Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

The place is located in Grimstad city center with walking distance to cafes, restaurants, the harbor and the city beach. Free parking. It is a 15-minute walk to the university (UIA). Many beautiful beaches nearby, 25 minutes to the zoo and 20 minutes to Arendal. The loft consists of a large room with a double bed, a single bed, a nice TV corner, fridge, kitchenette with kettle and a nice little bathroom. In addition, the place has a cozy terrace with afternoon sun. Pets cost NOK 100 extra per day.

Nydelige naturomgivelser med kort gå avstand til innsjø hvor en kan låne kanoer,bade eller grille i gapahuken. Hytta er plassert på kanten av et lite stup,så her får du en god høydefølelse. Hytta er godt isolert,utstyrt med en vedovn,lite kjøkken med alt en trenger,innendørs toalett og hele 3 soverom samt en hems med plass til 3 personer. 60m unna står Harkmarks utsiktstårn

Also ideal for those who need to immerse themselves in work undisturbed. We rent out the guest house on our yard, a lovely little house on the edge of the forest. The house is in solid wood, designed by Trollvegg Arkitektstudio and was completed in 2022. It is located in the back of the property, with the forest as the closest neighbor. Welcome to us!

Meget koselig hytte på idyllisk sted. Her kan man nyte utsikt til elva og fantastisk natur. Den har også ballbinge og Setesdalsbanen i nærheten. Hytta ligger bare 10 min fra R9. 20 min fra Vennesla. 30 min fra Kristiansand og 45 min fra Kristiansand dyrepark. 100m fra sykkelrute 3. Meget raskt internett. Utestue med ildsted kan lånes ved forespørsel. Badeplass i elva 50 m fra hytta . Mange turstier. Robåt kan lånes fra ca april til ca november. Mye småfisk i elva. Trenger ikke fiskekort.

Sjarmerende leilighet til leie i en rolig og vakker oase i hjertet av Grimstad. Leiligheten har åpen kjøkkenløsning, en sovealkove med dobbeltseng og en dobbel sovesofa i stuen. Tilgang til privat innendørs svømmebasseng. Parkering i parkeringshus tvers over gaten. Leiligheten har vært utleid tidligere gjennom annen bruker på Airbnb. Anmeldelsene kunne dessverre ikke følge med flytting til ny bruker, og er derfor lagt ut under "Husmanual", til info.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Flakk Gård is located in scenic surroundings by Tovdalselva. The apartment is completely newly renovated and is characterized by charm and tranquility. The place is good for couples, friends, families (with children), and groups. The bedrooms are suitable for two families on a trip, but also suitable for a group of friends on a fishing trip. Tovdalselva is a well-known salmon river, and large fish are caught both upstream and downstream.
