Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

In the basement of the old transformer in Grimstad, is the laboratory of Grimstad soda factory. The soda factory that wants to make the world's best soda. Here you can rent a bed for one night or more. A large double bed is hoisted down from the wall and voila, you have a great bed. Nydelige naturomgivelser med kort gå avstand til innsjø hvor en kan låne kanoer,bade eller grille i gapahuken. Hytta er plassert på kanten av et lite stup,så her får du en god høydefølelse. Close to the city center, cozy and peaceful accommodation with a central location. Nice view over Grimstad and the archipelago. It is within walking distance down to Grimstad city center. Grimstad is a nice southern town with cozy streets and several dining places. There is a short distance to beautiful beaches at Groos and Fevik. Short distance to the public transport, with frequent departures to Arendal, Fevik, Lillesand and Kristiansand. It is a 30-minute drive to the zoo in Kristiansand.

Cosy loft near city center and UIA

Stedet ligger i Grimstad sentrum med gåavstand til kafeer, restauranter, havna og bystranda. Gratis parkering. Det er 15 minutters gange til universitetet(UIA). Mange flotte strender i nærheten, 25 minutter til dyreparken og 20 minutter til Arendal. Loftet består av et stort rom med dobbeltseng, en hyggelig TV-krok, kjøleskap, tekjøkken med vannkoker samt et hyggelig lite bad. I tillegg har stedet en koselig terrasse med ettermiddagssol. Husdyr koster 100 kr ekstra pr. døgn.

Sjarmerende leilighet til leie i en rolig og vakker oase i hjertet av Grimstad. Leiligheten har åpen kjøkkenløsning, en sovealkove med dobbeltseng og en dobbel sovesofa i stuen. Tilgang til privat innendørs svømmebasseng. Parkering i parkeringshus tvers over gaten. Leiligheten har vært utleid tidligere gjennom annen bruker på Airbnb. Anmeldelsene kunne dessverre ikke følge med flytting til ny bruker, og er derfor lagt ut under "Husmanual", til info.

Romslig terrasse og kort vei til Norges fineste strender. Grimstad og Arendal byr på sørlandsidyll, kafeer og kulturopplevelser. 3 parkeringsplasser. Gode bussforbindelser til både Grimstad og Arendal. Kristiansand Dyrepark ligger kun 35 min unna med bil.

Studio near Grimstad city center (without full kitchen)

Liten hybel i et rolig område nær Grimstad sentrum. Badeplass i Vikkilen 200m unna, med brygge og liten strand. Uteplass på bakkeplan med terrasse, som kan brukes på dagtid. Både bade- og uteplass har sol fra morgen til langt utpå ettermiddag på sommeren. Parkering rett utenfor hybelen. Det tar 10 minutter å gå og 3 minutter å kjøre til Grimstad sentrum. Til UiA er det 30 min å gå, men det er gode bussforbindelser like i nærheten.

Approx. 30 min drive to the zoo at Kristiansand. Our guests come to a home we love very much.
