The cabin is located right by the water, two canoes are included and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be booked if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

Downtown apartment with parking in the middle of Grimstad. The apartment is located in beautiful Biooddgata. Bike stand and close to bus stop. The car park is under the building in the underground car park in the designated space. Please reach out if you'd like to rent a bike. Done making up & towels included. Please feel free to ask if there are any questions. A short distance to the swimming area and Grimstad city center. The kitchen is well equipped. Two bathrooms with washing machine. Decent patio with seating area.

Sjøstua

Our cabin is idyllically located in the middle of Raet National Park, completely secluded with spectacular views of the sea. Here you can enjoy walks, swimming areas and waves, even on stormy days. The cabin is newly renovated with Sigdal kitchen, new porch, awning, Weber grill, gas pizza oven, fire pan and outdoor fireplace. Sleeps 6 + new double sofa bed with amazing views. The rowboat also belongs to the cabin, but you should be several to lift it out. The cabin is perfect for quiet days or adventures in the sea and nature

Charming boathouse right on the waterfront

The boathouse was built in the traditional way in the 1970s and is located right by the water with a great view of the sea. Here you can start the day with your morning coffee by the window, take a refreshing bath, enjoy the sun on the jetty or just relax and watch the life on the sea. This is not a modern holiday home with luxury and a high standard. The boathouse has a simple and practical interior, characterised by its age and history. In return, you get an authentic experience close to nature and marine life.

Close to the city center, cozy and peaceful accommodation with a central location. Nice view over Grimstad and the archipelago. It is within walking distance down to Grimstad city center. Grimstad is a nice southern town with cozy streets and several dining places. There is a short distance to beautiful beaches at Groos and Fevik. Short distance to the public transport, with frequent departures to Arendal, Fevik, Lillesand and Kristiansand. It is a 30-minute drive to the zoo in Kristiansand.

Small farm in scenic surroundings, where the animals can walk almost freely around. Collect eggs for breakfast, pet the miniature pig. Wake up to the sound of swans. You can paddle several kilometres with the canoe. There is also a gas barbecue there. An eldorado for animal lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Forest, water and mountains. Taxi boat to Lyngør with others. 15 minutes to Tvedestrand, with 5 different grocery stores and a free outdoor water park. 4 minutes to a convenience store.

Cosy loft near city center and UIA

Stedet ligger i Grimstad sentrum med gåavstand til kafeer, restauranter, havna og bystranda. Gratis parkering. Det er 15 minutters gange til universitetet(UIA). Mange flotte strender i nærheten, 25 minutter til dyreparken og 20 minutter til Arendal. Loftet består av et stort rom med dobbeltseng, en hyggelig TV-krok, kjøleskap, tekjøkken med vannkoker samt et hyggelig lite bad. I tillegg har stedet en koselig terrasse med ettermiddagssol. Husdyr koster 100 kr ekstra pr. døgn.

I kjelleren til den gamle trafoen i Grimstad, ligger labratoriumet til Grimstad brusfabrikk. Brusfabrikken som ønsker å lage verdens beste brus. Her kan du leie en seng for en natt eller flere. En stor dobbelt seng vinsjes ned fra veggen og vipps har dere en flott seng. ca 140 cm over bakken, så ikke ha høydeskrekk og vær litt sporty. Med utsikt opp mot himmelen utenfor. Urbant beligende. Parkerings mulighet rett utenfor. Samt enkelt kjøkken, toalett og dusj. Unik opplevelse!

Sjarmerende leilighet til leie i en rolig og vakker oase i hjertet av Grimstad. Leiligheten har åpen kjøkkenløsning, en sovealkove med dobbeltseng og en dobbel sovesofa i stuen. Tilgang til privat innendørs svømmebasseng. Parkering i parkeringshus tvers over gaten. Leiligheten har vært utleid tidligere gjennom annen bruker på Airbnb. Anmeldelsene kunne dessverre ikke følge med flytting til ny bruker, og er derfor lagt ut under "Husmanual", til info.

Moderne hytte med sjøutsikt og alle fasiliteter, på Vessøyneset, mellom Arendal (10 min) og Grimstad (10 min). Bygget i 2015, med 4 soverom, 1 bad og stor, åpen stue/kjøkkenløsning. Romslig terrasse og kort vei til Norges fineste strender. Grimstad og Arendal byr på sørlandsidyll, kafeer og kulturopplevelser. 3 parkeringsplasser. Gode bussforbindelser til både Grimstad og Arendal. Kristiansand Dyrepark ligger kun 35 min unna med bil.

Studio near Grimstad city center (without full kitchen)

Liten hybel i et rolig område nær Grimstad sentrum. Badeplass i Vikkilen 200m unna, med brygge og liten strand. Uteplass på bakkeplan med terrasse, som kan brukes på dagtid. Både bade- og uteplass har sol fra morgen til langt utpå ettermiddag på sommeren. Parkering rett utenfor hybelen. Det tar 10 minutter å gå og 3 minutter å kjøre til Grimstad sentrum. Til UiA er det 30 min å gå, men det er gode bussforbindelser like i nærheten.
