Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Romantic quiet apartment

Peace, romance, idyll, Baltic Sea, pure nature, quiet but also trendy Baltic Sea resorts such as Grömitz within easy reach. You will stay in a historic former inn, which was lovingly completely restored and modernized in 2016. The location near the Baltic Sea is a perfect base for exploring the treasures of Ostholstein. For hikers and bikers, the Baltic Sea and Holstein Switzerland are just outside the door. You can reach the beach by car or by bike in a few minutes.

Vacation home - Grömitz

We offer you a beautiful vacation home in a quiet location, about 8 km away from the Baltic Sea resort of Grömitz. Both bedrooms have their own outdoor access. The house can accommodate a total of 6 people. Our covered grill terrace can also be used. Would you like to bring a pet? Then we ask you to consult with us in advance. Bright tiny house with nature view

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

Practice the “simple” life: Solar construction trailer by the sea. At the "Datscha Design Research Center Warnkenhagen" aka "Uanqui Beach." Welcome! My guests speak, for example, of the "unique experience," the "lovingly converted construction trailer" and the "great atmosphere" in "great surroundings." I say: There is no Wi-Fi! Maritime room near the beach with private bathroom

We rent our small but fine guest room. It has a separate entrance. The door lock is of course lockable. The room includes a new renovated bathroom & a beautiful sun terrace. In the room there is also a small refrigerator. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. For the stay in Dahme, a tourist tax of €3.50/€2 per person (depending on the season) is charged per day. The visitor's tax is booked separately online in advance.

An elevator is available. 4 steps must be overcome. 2 separate bedrooms, bright cozy living-dining room, small kitchen Bathrooms An underground parking space in the house belongs to the apartment. Clearance height: 2 meters! The beach, adventure pool, bakery and all other shops are within easy reach.

Vacation home (II) with large garden near the beach

Friendly apartment with sun terrace near the Baltic Sea beach - ideal for 2 people. The apartment is located in our house (separate entrance) in a quiet residential area in Pelzerhaken. Beach, bakery, supermarket and bus stop are within walking distance (about 300 m). The apartment has a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a separate bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and a south-facing terrace.

Country garden near the Baltic Sea

Nestled in the heart of Ostholstein - in Lensahn - is our "Old Doctor's House." Our approx. 50 m² large, cozy two-room apartment "Country Garden" is located on the 2nd floor. The apartment in the English shabby mix impresses with the accents and details selected with love and care. In the furnished garden, which is available to all guests, you can end your beach day. Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich am Lensterstrand. Zwei Minuten Fußweg über den Deich zum Strand. Naturnahes Randgebiet von Grömitz. Ortskern und Kurpromenade fußläufig erreichbar. Bollerwagen, Strandspielzeug vorhanden. Rauchen auf der Terrasse erlaubt. Gut erzogene Hunde sind nach Absprache willkommen. Hundestrände dicht bei. Bettwäsche und Handtücher bitte selbst mitbringen. Cozy apartment close to the Baltic Sea

Our cozy apartment is ideal for a trip to Ostholstein. The 2-room apartment is situated in a quiet location in Lensahn. Shops for everyday needs are within walking distance. The Baltic Sea is only about 12 km away. The bedroom has a double bed with a width of 1.40 m. In the living room there is a large lounge sofa with a sleeping function for 2 people. A baby bed/crib can also be provided upon request.

Bright, cool gallery apartment with fantastic sea views and balcony. Lovingly furnished. Quietly located directly opposite the beautiful sandy beach. With large panoramic window and balcony across the entire width of the apartment. Up in the gallery, you can see the starry sky from the bed. Ceiling height at the bed 2.50 m, only gets a little lower at the cozy lounge corner.
