A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

There is a garden bedroom and an anteroom, both with double beds, and a mezzanine where you can also sleep. A private kitchen with coffee and tea, fridge and oven/microwave, a dining room with access to the intimate city garden full of flowers. Privacy with own bathroom and toilet. New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a shed has been transformed into B&b of no less than 75 m2 with the look of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built shed 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. kitchen with microwave and a bathroom. Come and spend the night in my spacious ground floor apartment dating from 1906 with French doors facing the garden! The apartment has its own toilet/shower and a small kitchen. You have a choice of beds, a comfortable queen size bed, single bed, loft bed and a sofa bed. The city center is close by, just like the museum and central train station. Don't hesitate to ask if you require a child's bed, or if you want to bring your dog; nearly everything is possible!
