You can walk to the downtown area in 5 minutes!

Vanaf het station is het 10min fietsen of 6min met de bus. De bushalte is om de hoek, evenals de supermarkt en snackbar. Het UMCG is op 10 minuten loopafstand.

We love Groningen, it has al the facilities a city needs, good bars & restaurants, culture and never ending nightlife. The city centre is 15 minutes by foot or 5 minutes by bus. Supermarket is around the corner.

Quiet studio 45m2, with sauna, bikes and parking free of charge. Use of the garden and located near the water. The bed in the studio is a queen’s size bed for two guests. The old city centre and the railway station are on walking distance. Bus connection is close by, while the main road is easy to find. There is a supermarket on the other side of the water and easy to reach. The local tourist tax is collected by Airbnb.

You are more than welcome in my tasteful house that was built in the 1930's in the "Rivierenbuurt" in Groningen.The train and busstation is no more than 5 minutes walking distance. Your room is on the first floor. Shower and toilet (that we share) are on the ground floor. In your room there is a sink with cold water. I have a dog; if you have an allergy for dogs my house is perhaps not suitable.
