A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Experience your stay in a typical Dutch home! This cozy house is built like a tower: all the way up, on the 2nd floor you will find the bedroom and a shower and sink. On the 1st floor, you will find the kitchen with a table where you can eat or work. Despite the small space, everything is provided to make a bite to eat, so you don't necessarily have to go out to eat. On the ground floor, there is the toilet and the hall/entrance. The stairs are steep, so keep that in mind!

De Roos, a green oasis on the outskirts of Groningen

The studio "De Roos" is fully and tastefully decorated and is located in a rural farmhouse, on the outskirts of the city of Groningen. A fantastic place to use as a base, to work or to unwind. Two bicycles are available for guests. (City centre: 20 minutes by bike.) Public transport is within walking distance. Parking is free. There is a large, green garden with an orchard, a meadow with a pond (and benches), chickens, a cockerel, sheep and a friendly dog (stable).

Lovely bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a nice living room and beautiful nature. There is WiFi, TV, underfloor heating, modern kitchen and there are no less than 3 bedrooms. It is one of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet place.

A visit to the historic Scheepsvaart museum across the street from the house, should not be missed. The apartment has, among other things, a spacious living room with a beautiful dining room. The kitchen is almost completely furnished. Upstairs is a separate bedroom for 2 people. Downstairs is the master bedroom and bathroom.

Our house was built in 1912 and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guesthouse is located on the entire 2nd floor, which is lockable and offers a lot of privacy. It is a bright, comfortable, spacious floor with good WiFi connection. The decor is tasteful, with a nod to the seventies. Ideal location: you can walk to the center within 15 minutes and the Noorderplantsoen is a stone's throw away. North train and bus station is a 5-minute walk.

The accommodation, with its own entrance, has been recently renovated and is completely furnished for a comfortable stay. During the summer, the rooms are wonderfully cool and cozily warm during the winter. The accommodation is within walking distance (5 min.) from the station (train + bus). By car, the accommodation is easily accessible, a short distance from Juliana Square, where the A7 and A28 intersect. Free parking on own property.
