Die Landschaft kann perfekt mit dem Rad erkundet werden, aber auch die Küste, ein Ausflug auf die ostfriesischen Inseln, verschiedene Städte und sogar ein Abstecher in die Niederlande sind von hier aus bequem mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Welcome to our modern holiday home in the heart of Leer! Core renovated in 2025 with room for up to 4 people. Enjoy your holiday in a cozy ambience: Private garden with covered terrace and views of nature, pure relaxation. Bicycle shed with charging facility and car parking space on the property. The old town is within walking distance, along the harbor (1.3 km), a supermarket with café only 600 m, the dike with the sheep only 400 m away. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

'Old forge' in the green Läd invites you to linger :)

The forge was built around 1920 and used as such. In 2009, the building was renovated and converted into a vacation home and lovingly renovated in 2017 and spring 2022 Ideal for vacationing in this natural area of “Hollesand.” From the in-house terrace with a grill, seating and sun loungers, you can overlook green horse meadows. An extensive network of bike paths awaits a bike ride, for to the "Hollesand," the large nature reserve, only 500 meters from the house.

The cottage is located in a quiet cul-de-sac location on the Ihler Meer. Shopping, pharmacy, the monastery of the Ihlower Forest, as well as the swimming beach of the Ihler Meer can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bike. Ihlowerfehn is an ideal location to explore all of East Frisia. Various coastal regions can be reached in about 45 minutes by car. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant with beer garden as well as a beautiful playground.

Ein kleines eigenes Bauernhaus mit 17.500qm Land dabei. Mehr Freiheit geht fast nicht. Das Haus bietet gemütliche Räumlichkeiten und hat eine wunderbare Terrasse, die Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist. Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.

Relax in this special and quiet space. Located directly at the Petkumerhafen, it offers many opportunities for bike rides and walks. Several times a day, the ferry goes to the idyllic fishing village of Ditzum. Emden and the East Frisian countryside have many attractions and leisure opportunities available. Kitchen Kitchen has a dishwasher. If needed, two guest beds for children can be provided. Linens and towels are furnished.

The house can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for a relaxing holiday as a couple or a family. The cozy decor creates a homely atmosphere, while the well-equipped kitchen offers everything for self-catering. From the living room, you have an unobstructed view of the approximately 1500 sqm garden with terrace.

Our light-filled house at the canal combines historic oak beams with an industrial style. The natural stone floor and calming colors create the perfect cozy atmosphere. The house has a long history - first serving as a moped workshop in the 40s, later as a stationery/school supply store, and finally as a branch of a bank. Now, we've brought it back to life and look forward to guests who want to enjoy a few relaxing days here.

A fully equipped kitchen is located on the ground floor. Relax in the living and dining room, which is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed in addition to a modern TV, a small collection of games, as well as some books. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower. Two bedrooms are on the 1st floor. A storage room with washing machine and dryer completes the offer. On the property there are 2 car parking spaces.
