Over approximately 187 m² of living space (ground floor and first floor), you will find several bedrooms, two kitchens, two living areas and several bathrooms. A fireplace, balcony and conservatory provide additional comfort. The large garden on an approximately 849 m² plot, complete with terrace and beach chair, is an inviting space for relaxation. Plenty of space, flexible use and a pleasant atmosphere – perfect for shared stays near the Baltic Sea.

Our beach-close apartment "Saal" impresses with its classic elegance, in the original half-timbered farmhouse of the lovingly restored Gertrudenhof. From the courtyard entrance you enter the garden of the apartment through a wooden gate. The natural stone path leads directly to the entrance of the 99 square meter spacious apartment on 2 floors. The seating area with grill and dining area for up to 6 people is sunny and sheltered from the wind and there are comfortable sun loungers in the well-fenced garden.

You drive through the gatehouse and see in front of you a courtyard with the manor house in the middle, the stables on the right and the cavalier's house on the left. The stable is rented as a whole house. From there, you can look into the palace park. Behind the house is a large private garden overlooking the water. Here you can enjoy the birdlife and tranquility. From the garden you can enter the house directly.
