Our house is the perfect base for anyone who enjoys spending time in nature. Here you will find peace and relaxation in the midst of the mountains. A place to feel good. In summer, you can set off on leisurely hikes right from your doorstep. With the Bregenzerwald guest card, you can also use all the cable cars for free in summer, and admission to the outdoor swimming pools is included. In winter, you can expect ski slopes, cross-country ski trails and beautiful winter hiking trails amidst the snow-covered natural landscape.

Lake Constance and Bregenz are only 30 minutes away, winter sports fun in Mellau-Damüls (30 min.)Hochhäderich and Balderschwang (10 min.). Located directly on the cross-country ski trail, the sustainably built straw house invites you to an authentic experience.

The lovingly renovated apartment is in the heart of Immenstadt in Allgäu. The train station, numerous restaurants and the marketplace, where the weekly market takes place on Saturdays, are within 3 minutes' walking distance. The apartment is also ideal as a starting point for hiking, excursions & Christmas markets in the region. The longest toboggan run, the Alpsee-Coaster and the beautiful Alpsee are only 6 km away right at your doorstep. ATTENTION: Tourist tax and FVB are not included in the price

A stunning view of the beautiful Alpsee. Immenstadt is about 2 km away and offers shopping facilities, as well as cafés and restaurants, in its historic old town with Marienplatz. A footpath connects the two places. Bühl, with its many leisure attractions, is just a few minutes' walk away. A wide range of sports activities are available in both summer and winter: sailing, skiing (ski lifts easily accessible by car), cross-country skiing, water skiing, hiking, a summer toboggan run, and much more.

Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Urlaub in den Alpen Unsere neu renovierte Ferienwohnung in den Bergen (1000 m ü. A.) stellt für jede/n eine warme und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Bleibe zum vernünftigen Preis dar. Im selben Haus gibt es noch eine weitere, komplett getrennte Wohnung, die ebenfalls gemietet werden kann. Die Wohnung selbst ist von außen schlecht einsehbar. Der Ausblick auf die Schweizer Berge ist fantastisch. Abendrot geniessen oder am Beamer einen Film geniessen.

Apartment: This is a "wood 100 apartment" completed in 2018! The entire living area was built from solid wood, clay, stone and natural insulation materials! The apartment has an area of 78 m² and consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with couch, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower, tub, sink, separate toilet, dining area and a 10 m² terrace! On the 3rd floor there is also a storage room with a washing tub!

In the heart of Memmingen is our apartment on a quiet street in the Gerberviertel. In less than three minutes on foot along the city stream, you are in the old town and can enjoy the variety of shops, restaurants and cafes there. The train station and bus station as well as taxis are a four-minute walk away.
