Our apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu near the city of Immenstadt. It is furnished in a modern Alpine style with wonderful views of the Allgäu mountains. In both summer and winter, its location makes it the best starting point for numerous activities in the entire Allgäu region. Many bike paths, beautiful hiking and skiing areas, magnificent lakes and of course our wonderful mountains offer a great platform for sports activities. Bike tours and hikes are possible directly from the front door.

The train station, numerous restaurants and the marketplace, where the weekly market takes place on Saturdays, are within 3 minutes' walking distance. The apartment is also ideal as a starting point for hiking, excursions & Christmas markets in the region. The longest toboggan run, the Alpsee-Coaster and the beautiful Alpsee are only 6 km away right at your doorstep. ATTENTION: Tourist tax and FVB are not included in the price

A stunning view of the beautiful Alpsee. Immenstadt is about 2 km away and offers shopping facilities, as well as cafés and restaurants, in its historic old town with Marienplatz. A footpath connects the two places. Bühl, with its many leisure attractions, is just a few minutes' walk away. A wide range of sports activities are available in both summer and winter: sailing, skiing (ski lifts easily accessible by car), cross-country skiing, water skiing, hiking, a summer toboggan run, and much more.

Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Our 19 square meter guest room above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet is rented. In the room there is a refrigerator, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, bicycles, etc. can be safely parked in the basement. A parking space in the courtyard is reserved for you. Bed linen, blankets, towels and breakfast dishes as well as tea/coffee are provided.
