The apartment "Windland 1" is located on the ground floor, is at ground level and suitable for wheelchair users. It is 86 m² and can accommodate up to 6 people. The vacation property offers a quiet and relaxing location right on Lake Goitzschesee, including a beach. An EDEKA + bakery is right next door (about 250 m). No dogs are allowed.

Our houseboat Kleine Fähre is beautifully located directly on the water on an outside berth and can accommodate up to 7 people. On three floors, it offers every luxury including a huge sun roof terrace with lounge furniture and basket swings. To cool off, you climb over the bathing ladder directly into the water.
