The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Our apartment "Hanoi" is 50 square meters and consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a living-sleeping area. A quiet spot between two lakes... perfect for switching off, but guaranteed not to be boring. Whether it's the beach, water sports, hiking, cycling or fishing: there's something for everyone. If you like it cosy, you can spend time in the lovingly furnished holiday home, play a game of darts or billiards or fire up the barbecue with delicious specialities from the butcher next door. The evening can be spent relaxing by the fire pit. Leipzig and Halle can be reached in 30–40 minutes.

On the terrace with a magnificent lake view, a modern hybrid grill invites you to linger. A wallbox for electric cars completes the comfortable stay.

Quiet 2-room apartment (60 sqm) with Saale view It is an apartment on the garden level with a private terrace overlooking the Saale. The apartment has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large living room with dining area, a bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is about 60 square meters. The furnishing is modern and includes, for example, a box spring bed (1.8 m) in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the living room and garden furniture.

Stay in a waterfront loft with your own kayak

The Elster-Park with its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor space, is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit [founders' period]. The bright loft with 97 sqm on a total of two levels with an open living and dining area (facing northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with a fantastic location and its own boat dock. Leipzig's waterways can be explored with your own 2-person kayak for a small surcharge.

The modern & family-friendly apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach to Lake Goitzsche. The apartment has free parking and is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linens, towels, TV, fully equipped kitchen and balcony with lake view. The area offers many opportunities for hiking in the Dübener Heide, cycling around the lake or for excursions to Dessau with the famous master houses.

Kick back and relax in our calm, stylish space. In just a few steps you can reach the sandy beach, which invites you to bathe and swim. The apartment has two stand-up paddles that can also be used. You can easily explore Lake Goitzsche and adjacent lakes by bike. A dream for nature lovers! The apartment complex is still in the development phase. We would like to point out possible impairments.
