The house was very nice. The location right on the lake was a dream to be in. The free use of the pedal boat was also cool. I'd love to come back anytime.

We, 2 adults & 2 boys aged 7 and 11 years felt right at home in the accommodation. It was super clean and lovingly furnished. Everything we needed was there. Both the terrace at the house and the terrace by the water invite you to spend wonderfully cozy hours. In the park itself, the children were able to ride their scooters, jump on the trampoline, swim in the indoor swimming pool or pedal boat. Janna and Christof are great hosts who respond immediately and were friendly, helpful and accommodating at all times.

We had a wonderful time in the north. The place looks like the pictures. The rooms were all clean! Towels, bathrobes and linens were sufficiently available. Small shortcoming: A rag in the kitchen would have been good, but we simply bought it:) Unfortunately, the barbecue was not directly usable on arrival, as the previous tenants left it in a disgusting condition - but the landlords can't help it! We will be happy to come back! :)

The apartment is very tastefully furnished, everything corresponded to the description. The house is equipped with everything you could need. The terrace overlooking the water and the loungers at the jetty are really very nice.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were lucky with the weather and we were surprised by the tranquility of this part of Groningen. Breakfast on the water was delicious. We had lost our way on the stuff, which we should have brought with us, but it worked out fine. Repeatable.

Highly recommended! We'll be happy to come back.

This was the sweetest and most charming Airbnb mountain we've ever had. There was so much personality, so much spirit of Kitty and Erik in every room, every item we loved. Obviously flea market goers with an eye for what's special - just like we are! Everything very clean, with even everything on site to make yourself a plentiful first breakfast and more. The stairs up are very steep, but well secured, and our 70-year-old joints were also quick to get out. We really enjoyed these days and it was like coming home every time. Thanks for everything! It was a very nice apartment where nothing was missing. It is a very quiet location and you can reach everything in Dornumersiel on foot or by bike.

It was a wonderful few days in East Frisia. The accommodation is very quietly located on the dyke about a 15-minute drive to Norddeich. The apartment was super clean and well thought out. The garden has been extensively played by the children and the garage has plenty of room for bikes and our trailers to offer. We say thank you for the great time.

Malin & Stefan are wonderful friendly people and it was a feeling of being able to stay with you. The apartment is very tasteful, individually furnished but also functionally thought out with wonderfully comfortable mattresses and good kitchen equipment. Particularly impressive is the forest with garden and the co-hosts the ponnies, chickens and ducks. An oasis in the countryside to feel good!

We wanted to experience the other side of the North Sea coast. It was a wonderful holiday in a beautiful area and a beautiful house. The house is in a holiday park. But it's very quiet there. There are plenty of ways to go to a restaurant. Our excursions took us to the surrounding area and beyond. Highlights: Bremerhaven by ferry, moorland in Jade, mudflats in Burhave and especially in the morning and evening past sheep, idyllic. We will be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable in Anette's place, were warmly welcomed and everything was very cozy! The equipment of everything was great and if a little something was missing, Anette was immediately available and brought it over. The garden is a dream and especially for the children a paradise with the large sandbox and mud kitchen as well as the covered ping pong table. Only a few walks directly from the house were missing, but by car you were everywhere quite quickly. We can 100% recommend the vacation home!

We had a lovely time staying at Larissa's cottage. There was everything you needed to take a week's vacation. But the place captivates above all by its great location. Perfect for walking a dog with the dog right in the morning. Also an ideal starting point to cycle to, for example, Emden, Pilsum and Greetsiel. Communication with Larissa was possible at any time and very accommodating.

We visited the place with a group of 7 friends & family members for around 3 days. There is always something to do and it never gets boring due to the vast options of activities. We could've stayed 3 more days and would still find things to do. The Space is huge and the garden and surroundings are very nice. It looks slightly different than on the pictures but almost everything is still there and it never bothered us. The kitchen is large and very well equipped, cooking for many people never felt like a hard task at all. The sleeping situation is unique and very well described in the listing already, but should be noted. Communication was fast, easy and friendly at all times. For us this weekend at Pasjas was everything!Thank you!

Maurits really is a super host. Friendly, responsive, helpful; among the very best hosts at airbnbs we've stayed. The kitchen did not have a microwave, and he bought one for us. Would stay with him anytime anywhere. Location was perfect, walk to bus stops, center of town, and both an Albert Heijn and Jumbo. The house was an authentic schipperswonig, but outfitted with an electronic lock system and heating system that was quiet and effective. Note three things to guests: (1) typical Dutch flight of stairs, but good handrail and perfectly navigable (better than most); (2) oven and mirrors at height suitable for > 180 cm tall Dutch person; (3) Groningen is a university town and current next door neighbors are students who had extremely noisy friends every Thursday night (very late); they did respond to our complaint, but needed to be told twice. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

Dear Gaby, Thank you for this wonderful place. Super flexible check-in and "despite" the immediate neighborhood with you, we felt completely private and right at home. I would recommend this place to anyone who is in the mood for a little break in the countryside: there was no Wi-Fi, nor any clocks in the cottage and the breakfast TV consisted of "looking out the window and listening to the birds and watching". Great! I will definitely come back again:)

We are 6 people from France and are looking for a relaxing holiday on the North Sea. The East Frisia region is beautiful with its islands, beaches, dikes and windmills. We were very warmly welcomed by the Weikert family at the Huus Karoline. The owners are very friendly and have made sure we have everything we need. They even invited us to a tea ceremony together. Communication before arrival went very smoothly. They live right next door should you need them. They give good recommendations and can explain a lot about the region. The house is large, clean and comfortable for 6 adults (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). Everything is suitable for young children. As in the house description, all equipment is available. Huus Karoline is very well located between Norddeich and Bensersiel. Many thanks to Gisela and Reinhard, they are wonderful hosts - we highly recommend this house! Maxence and family

Achim's house in East Frisia is perfect for a family vacation or group of friends! The many rooms and the size of the living and dining area (open kitchen) offer retreats as well as space for communal activities; the well-kept and large garden is very inviting to play. The barbecue area behind the pond (is fenced, smaller children and dogs are protected) is covered, so even in bad weather you have the opportunity to sit outside. The kitchen is super equipped - like everything in this house, functional and thoughtful! We were there in April and more in the House as planned - the underfloor heating and the conservatory (great views) have beautified our stay there. The location is great: tours to the Great - and Eternal Sea by bike are possible; by car you can quickly get to Emden, Aurich or Greetsiel. In the village, there is also a lot to discover (e.g. museum, tea puffs). - Thank you, Achim!

The place was very clean and we lacked nothing. We also loved the layout of the apartment. The game collection and high chair were a great addition and made everyday life easier for us. The apartment offers enough space for a family of 4. The location is also very good. We will be happy to come back.

Very nice - great location for excursions and a pretty recreational area with lake right across the street. We have had many cottages, which stands out quite positively.

We stayed 4 days in the nice apartment. Just the thing for 2 people who want to relax a bit. Superbly furnished, kitchen is well equipped, bed very comfortable and the record player is great. If we're in the area again, we'll be happy to come back.
