Our adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the north shore of Lake Hain (2 min walk), in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland, only 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. Open the doors and the large, wrap-around wooden terrace becomes the outdoor extension of the inner comfort zone in apartment 3. Here you can enjoy the sun from breakfast to a drink at sunset without losing sight of the lake.

The best way to get to downtown Leipzig is by S-Bahn [suburban train], which you can walk to in 5 minutes from your apartment. There is a bus to the Belantis Amusement Park or you can reach it by car in 10 minutes from us.

With its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor area, the Elster Park is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit period. The bright 97sqm loft on a total of two levels with an open living and dining area (orientation northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with a fantastic location and its own boat dock. Leipzig's waterways can be explored for a small surcharge with your own 2-person kayak.
