The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

The HOCHwasser holiday home is a unique retreat with a breathtaking 360° view over the lake and the fields. Unwind in the sauna or on the sheltered patio, which features a fire pit, barbecue and lounge furniture. Below: bedroom, bathroom and sauna. I am happy to welcome you to the castle. Apartment No. 5 is located on the upper floor (2nd floor) next to apartment no. 4. The rooms are large and overlook the park to the north and east towards the church and entrance to the Audigast. This was one of the main servants' rooms, but today it is a modern version that protects and connects the past and present.
