With the Regional Express (RE) or the nearby expressway you are in approx. 12-15 minutes to Lucerne city center. ZH Airport is approximately 1 hour away, depending on traffic.

It is a one bedroom apartment, like a studio, with 3 beds. One is on the first floor in the open area, the other is on the top floor in the open area (this is a two floor apartment). The bedroom is on the second level. There is a bathroom with standing shower on the 1st level. On the second level there is a separate toilet room and an open bathtub right in the bedroom (totally open). There is a balcony in this apartment facing the inner yard.

In unserem Dorf gibt es sehr gute Restaurant's, unter anderem eine Bäckerei mit frischer Ware . Da wir in einem ruhigen Dorf gelegen sind empfiehlt es sich mit einem Auto zu kommen. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nehmen hier mehr Zeit in Anspruch für eine Reise.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.
