Holiday rentals with beach access in Grotto Bay

Perfect little studio for a quiet or romantic get away. Although there are no sea views from the studio, you are only steps from the sea itself and the place is so clean and well organised that it feels like home. Our host (Ilana) was super responsive and kind. We will definitely be back again to enjoy the sunset in Scarbs.

We had an amazing time and will 100% recommend this place and be back. Anel was so friendly and quick to respond. Great view and the beach is right down a staircase in front of the house. Sad to leave.

Excellent apartment block right opposite the beach. Felt very safe with underground parking. Its a large one bedroom apartment about 50 square. You dont hear any traffic. Great for someone who need surf lessons or want to explore muizenberg and live next to the beach. The host are very friendly people. The building has a basement laundrymat coin operated but it better to go give your clothes to one of the laundry near by. There is a few in the area. Lots of places to eat right in the block where this apartment is. Over all well recommended.

This is our second stay with Ashley. It is such a beautiful and comfortable apartment with stunning views. The shops and restaurants are all within walking distance and the complex is very secure. Would highly recommend staying here and look forward to our next visit

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist sehr schön. Durch die gute Lage konnten wir viel unternehmen und hatten keine langen Fahrt Wege. Die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert und uns wurde sehr schnell geantwortet, so hat sowohl der Check in also auch der Check out sehr gut funktioniert.

The view from the apartment is breathtaking! The location also makes it convenient to visit loads of great local restaurants and bars and the beach is just across the road.

It's my second time staying here because of the standard of quality of the accommodation, it's even better than most 5 star hotels I've been to. I'll always recommend it and always stay here whenever I visit Cape Town. The views are insane and breathtaking.

My wife, 2 children and I stayed at Gareth's place for 10 days in April 2025. Gareth was proactive before we arrived, providing all necessary information in clear detail. On arrival, David, the housekeeper, greeted us and helped with luggage as well as instructions on the alarms, garage, gate access and other bits and pieces. The property is incredible, the views sensational and the location fantastic. We could have easily spent the entire 10 days sitting on the balcony enjoying the view out over Fish Hoek and False Bay. It really is a dream destination. If you want to explore the area, there are so many activities within short distances - swimming at Fish Hoek beach, wine tasting at Klein Constantia, penguins at Simons Town, surfing in Muizenberg - there are endless things to do. Alternatively, take a seat on the balcony and let the world pass you by. Thank you Gareth for an incredible stay. Oh and the steps are not an issue for the majority of people :-)

We had the most amazing weekend getaway at Corene’s beachfront villa in St Helena Bay. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach with stunning views and the sound of the waves as your backdrop. The villa itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind by the sea. We’ll definitely be back!

A beautiful place with stunning views right on the beach. Our extended family could hang out together or find their own private space. An extremely short walk to a gorgeous beach. Hosts live nearby and were very friendly and helpful.

The Airbnb is beautifully located, right on the beach and absolutely quiet. You have total privacy here and the view every day is breathtaking. There were five of us and the Airbnb was perfect for the number of people. We can recommend it without hesitation.

We had a wonderful surf camp trip in Bettys Bay. Everyone loved the house and the closeness to the waves!! Absolutely amazing setting!! We will be back!!!

Place was super clean, neighbour's were super quiet and everything in the flat worked. bath was super awesome and then falling asleep listening to the ocean was amazing. Even though it is right next to the main road, only really heard traffic in rush hour. Definitely will stay again when needed.

Had a wonderful stay, place was exactly like the pictures, nice clean apartment . Had everything we need for our stay. Would definitely stay again as the perfect mix between being by a hotel and in your own space. Only 12min drive to all the attractions

Leute, die Lage ist es: mit der Mischung aus Wellenrauschen, Möwengeschrei, leisen Straßengeräuschen wachst du morgens auf, die Promenade ist vor der Haustür wie alle Busstationen für mycitybus, Explorer Tours und Hop on, was willst du mehr, das Bett ist sehr bequem, das Wasser läuft etwas spärlich in Dusche und Küche, es gibt Eurostecker - Buchsen, kein Adapter nötig! die ganze Seapoint Umgebung ist safe, das beste posh Restaurant ist grand Pavillon 20 m links, Sushi und internationale Gerichte und eins weiter la perla, auch lecker, nach rechts zum Frühstück zu jooma und alles bei entweder Sonnenuntergang oder -aufgang. für Schwimmbad - Fans, weil das Meer das ganze Jahr zu kalt ist, 200 m links 4 verschiedene Pools mit Sprungturm... und Yvonne hat ganz kurze Reaktionszeiten, falls mal was klemmt, okay, Do it...

We loved our stay at this property. The views from the property is incredible. It is spacious, peaceful, we felt very safe and the balcony is amazing to enjoy the views over the ocean and spectacular sunsets. The pool was great and any questions were answered promptly and managed efficiently. Highly recommended and we would certainly stay here again when next in Cape Town.

Amy and Renee have a beautiful space and looks even better than the photos. The space is so peaceful and the ocean is literally your garden. The communication was on point. I had a really beautiful stay and will be back again soon
