This cute white cottage with a thatched roof is like from a fairy tale book! As if you really live in authentic Giethoorn. (North) The boats can be rented from the neighbors and the beautiful bridges can be found only a 6-minute walk away. This is where Giethoorn originated, and the oldest cottages line the path. Without crowds of tourists. (They’re in Giethoorn Zuid.) Here, you can still enjoy the wonderful tranquillity and beauty of the historic village of Giethoorn. Unfortunately not suitable for infants/children from 0 to 8.

Lupin

Modern furnished studio in the center of the water sports village of Grou. The studio is located in the heart of Grou. When you step out the door, you are immediately between the terraces and shops, walk another +/- 100m and you are at the Pikmeer where you will find options to rent a (sailing) boat. After a fun day in the area, relax on the sofa or outside in the sheltered and sunny south-facing garden. From the living room, you step into the bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower.

Lyts Kastieltsje, a quiet cottage in an orchard

Lyts Kastieltsje is one of our 2 properties. The other is the peaceful East Punsmiert chalet. Both are a short walk from the Waddenzee, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the largest tidal area on Earth. The cottage was once part of the cooling barn for the old fruit farm. It is surrounded by over a hectare of gardens, orchards and meadow which provide a home for our three sheep, bees and many species of birds. The orchards contain plum, quince, medlar and different varieties of apple and pear trees.

Montferland Thialf

Ga er gewoon even tussenuit in deze rustgevende, centraal gelegen accommodatie. Op een paar honderd meter gelegen van het prachtige ijsstadion Thialf, in een hele rustige wijk en dichtbij het gezellige centrum van Heerenveen vind je ons nieuwe gezellige appartement voorzien van alle gemakken. Heerenveen is centraal gelegen in de provincie Friesland, dus bezoek de leukste stadjes en meren die Friesland te bieden heeft. ( Sneek, Lemmer, etc.) U kunt de auto gratis voor uw verblijf parkeren.

The Bloemenchalet is located in one of the quietest spots of Recreatiepark De Friese Wadden, with a beautiful view over the countryside. There are several terraces around the cottage, so you can always sit in the sun and/or out of the wind (it's usually windy here on the coast). Guests of the leisure park can use the swimming pool, the large playground or book a tennis court. The UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Wadden Sea, is only 2 km away. I hope you feel completely at home!

Vacation home with Jacuzzi in Appelscha.

This centrally located vacation home in Appelscha has all the comforts. The spacious luxury house is right in the center on the canal, near the woods and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The house has a spacious bathroom, an outdoor Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, floor heating, pellet stove, air conditioning. The house has two spacious bedrooms with box spring beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, such as dishwasher and combi oven. Nearby, there is plenty to do.

The apartment is located above our IJssalon IIskâld; a household name in Lemmer and the surrounding area. With unobstructed views of the Dok, the Lemster tour and the bridge to the Schulpen. In short, a priceless view. From the apartment, you are right in the center of our beautiful village, surrounded by numerous restaurants, shops and cozy terraces.

Here in the quiet Frisian Rohel, you can really be outside, feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your skin. Cycling and walking along the meadows and (cold) swimming in the Tjeukemeer. Drink a glass of wine on the terrace by the water, with the view of infinity, under the old fruit trees in the garden. Apart from the sounds of birds, the rustling of the wind and in the distance a tractor, you hear nothing at all here. The sunsets can be amazingly beautiful here.

Hof van Onna

A beautiful wooden house located on my parents' property. Relax in an oasis of greenery from spring to early autumn, a beautiful warm autumn feeling when the trees change color or seek coziness in the winter months. In the beautiful surroundings, there are many places to visit. Giethoorn, fortified town Steenwijk and the Havelterheide. Furthermore, there are three national parks nearby, NP Weerribben Wieden, the Drents Friese Wold and the Dwingelderveld.

Broek Joure Friesland, This unique accommodation has its own style and entrance. The Boothuis is located directly on open water and is newly 2022 modernly furnished for a pleasant stay and equipped with all facilities. Here you can walk and cycle along the water or through the woods. Museum or shopping, this is already 3 km away. It is also possible to rent a fishing boat/sloop/sup/sailboat/bicycles/a charging station for charging the car/hottube.

Pipo wagon Friesland

In our yard is this beautiful newly built gypsy wagon! This pipo wagon has a new kitchen, a bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Frisian forests are ideal for beautiful bike rides and walks. In addition, Drachten, Leeuwarden and Groningen are in the vicinity. The pipo wagon has a view over the countryside. There are several hiking trails and cycling routes that pass the plot, such as the Friese Wouden path and routes 51, 21 and 34.
