Monthly Rentals in Grunewaldsee

Excellent spot for visiting Berlin! Lots of restaurants nearby (super kebab shop), plus supermarket and Asia market and good public transport just a few minutes walk. The apartment is not luxury, and the building it’s in is a bit drab, but the place is spotless, good hot water, and quiet. Very nice welcome by the host.

The apartment was clean and comfortable in a nice area with gracious surroundings. Anja provided excellent information for easy access and let it be known she was available for any questions or concerns. Anja is an excellent host. Schlactensee is only five minutes away where there are nice natural trails for walking, parks, and various eateries. I rate 5 of 5 stars.

Very unique place, quite spacious studio, well equipped with all essentials and amenities provided (kitchenware, cutlery, washing machine, iron, iron board etc.). The area is very nice and quiet. The studio is on the top floor (3rd) accessible by stairs. Some wear and tear due to time (furniture, kitchenware etc.) but in general clean and comfortable. Self check-in / check-out.
