Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 sqm we offer a place with cozy warmth due to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.), our sunken pool (heated by solar - water temperature therefore depends on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Welcome to our cozy country house idyll in Flomborn! Together with our two children and two rabbits, Roman and I live in the old natural stone house with a beautiful garden and rent out our adjoining apartment with a view of the countryside. Since we like to travel with Airbnb ourselves - preferably to the North Sea, as our furnishing style sometimes shows - we are now looking forward to welcoming guests ourselves! We built the Blue Villa to make people happy: first our children and now our guests who enjoy the incredibly peaceful atmosphere and the breathtaking view over the wine route. The apartment in the basement offers 50 square meters of living space for couples who want to be completely private. A king-size bed invites you to cuddle. A simple kitchen complements the lovingly designed ambiance. Under the canopy of old oaks lies your private outdoor area of around 100 square meters.

Tino‘s Tiny House ist ein kleines, eigenständiges Häuschen im Wormser Vorort Weinsheim. Der Ort lädt zum Entspannen ein: - ein Spaziergang am Eisbach - ein Abstecher in die Brauerei Sander - Sonnenuntergänge zwischen Weinreben und Feldern - fußläufige Spielplätze für Kinder Uvm. Die Lage ist optimal um Worms zu erkunden. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5-10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Auch die nächst größeren Städte wie Mannheim, Heidelberg, Mainz und Frankfurt sind gut zu erreichen.

So if you're looking for supermarkets, bars, etc., you're unfortunately not in the right place. But you get peace and quiet here.
