Villa holiday rentals in Guadalupe River

I have never been able to stay at such a beautiful, enchanting accommodation at such a great price point! The entire property is like stepping into a dream and the villa itself is unreal. The pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and greenery are incredible! Check in and out are easy and their welcome binder makes every villa process easy to figure out. Barbara is such a kind, phenomenal host who I cannot say enough good things about! The property manager is wonderful as well. They are absolutely the heart of this place! It is so clear that this is a labor of love and I am so grateful for having the chance to have spent just over a week here. There is even a book with local recommendations for guests! I highly recommend this villa for any person or group and am already looking at return possibilities to see how soon my best friend and I are able to come back. We had the best trip of our lives!

My family of 6 stayed here for a few days. 4 children, all fit well. The pool and games were great to keep the kids entertained. Plenty of towels for the kids to enjoy swimming. Washer and dryer worked well. The house was beautiful. Beds were comfortable too! You should stop looking for places to stay in San Antonio and just book this one right now.

I Can't say enough good things about the stay. My family and I loved it. The views where amazing and looked just like all the photos. A real paradise in the sky as my kids would say. On top of that the host's where amazing. Any issue's or concerns where quickly answered and taken care of it.

House was beautiful and clean. Just as pictured. Host was extremely responsive and kind. Within 10 minutes to downtown, river walk, Japanese Tea Garden, and great restaurants. House is located by railroad tracks, so not ideal for a light sleeper, but our family didn’t mind. Neighborhood is not ideal for walking around, but we always felt safe and didn’t need to venture out unless we were getting in a car. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great stay at Heather's home! The house was very spacious and very clean. Her home was a perfect spot to check out Austin for a long weekend.

Beautiful home. We really enjoyed the backyard with the pool. The scenery was gorgeous. Beds are also very comfortable. Ruben was very helpful and friendly.

What a wonderful home to spend six days with our grandkids! The home was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of beds for all of us. A well equipped kitchen. The home came with special items for the kids. It was a pleasure to see and made our time there even more enjoyable. A crib, toys, high chair and kid-sized tables. The greatest pleasure was the outdoor space - patio, pool, grounds. The pool and spa were fantastic! As we left the house, my grandson said, "Bye house! I love your pool!"

My stay here was nothing short of fantastic. This host was extremely responsive, and the property exceeded expectations. I had a large group and there was more than enough space for everyone to be there comfortably. On top of the experience, the rate to stay here was extremely affordable, making it an easy choice for my next group trip to Austin!

This is a beautiful home with an outstanding view! It had lots of space for our family of 12 to spread out and come together! The home was very much like the pictures and the hosts were so kind and very responsive to the one question i had! I had no reason to contact them further because everything was perfect and the instructions for the home were very clear! The only thing i will say, is the water pressure in every single shower was abysmal. The water barely came out, and not one female in our group was able to really clean their hair. But the wonderful house and awesome view and the memories we made more than outweighed the water pressure!

The place was great for our large group- we had a great time waking up in the different buildings and meeting in the pool area in the morning for a swim. Great location and time

The house was awesome! It was larger than the pictures indicated. Plenty of room for everyone. There was a beeping in the master closet. Bring extra towels and washcloths. The ones there are nice, but only two per bathroom. We had a problem with the pool being dirty, but the host was fast to take care of the problem. We would definitely stay here again. The location is close to Sea World, Wal Mart, and restaurants.

Diego was very helpful and responsive to any issues that came up. The place was very comfortable and we felt at home. I would definitely stay at his place again or recommend it to anyone who needed a place to stay in Bastrop.

We did enjoy our stay and appreciate Claire's willingness to address, respond and communicate quickly. We ran into several minor concerns that she did accommodate to the best of her ability. We really appreciated that. Some highlights? the location was key for the things we had planned to do, the dining area was spacious and the rooms too. The garage was awesome to tuck the car away (huge plus) and the big TVs in each room were a bonus. Biggest opportunities? is just a little more frequent maintenance overall and personal touches to give the place the sparkle it deserves. All in all, we would rate this place 3.5 stars but Claires hospitality, genuine attention to guests and communication does make it 5 stars. I feel that if she can apply the feedback we shared this would be an easy 10/10 place. Thank you for hosting us Claire.

This was a great place. It was not walkable to the downtown shops and restaurants for us. Maybe for a younger person it would be. We had no problem driving or parking on Main Street. Would stay again.

Love the whole set up of this little village in the hills. Was definable an experience. Amy was quickly responsive whenever messaged. The scenery was beautiful!

This was a very last minute reservation (day of) because of original reservation with another host being cancelled the morning of, Amy was able to help me with this within a matter of hours. It was extremely helpful with the chaotic situation that was happening. The place was gorgeous and was very private, it was like a boujie cabin, a pool right in front, a cute lane of 6 cottages total, places to eat were around 20-30 minute drive away it wasn’t too bad, very peaceful and quiet place. It is also a wedding venue which I learned while there. So it all made sense. But this spot was definitely a gorgeous one.
