The house is located on the banks of the Burguillo swamp with 3000 m2 of private land where you will find a large garden with a pool, barbecue and terrace with spectacular views of the swamp. Everything around it is the Iruelas Valley Nature Reserve, so it is a natural, isolated and quiet environment. Water sports, hiking trails, biking, horseback riding, mushroom picking, chestnuts... The area offers you a taste of the cuisine that is characterized by its rich meats and vegetables.

Escape the daily grind at this unique property in the Sierra de Guadarrama, IG @elpajarderascafria. Located in the beautiful village of Rascafría, the starting point for the best routes to Peñalara. Ideal for a family holiday at any time of the year. We also organise retreats (IG @nkalmaretreats) for groups or celebrations, featuring a range of workshops. The pool has a massage bench in summer. In winter you can enjoy the fireplace. One hour from Madrid and Segovia.

Newly renovated, it is a comfortable and quiet place, ideal for remote working, a vacation or just disconnecting a few days. It has large capacity barbecue, gas paellero, jacuzzi, swimming pool, high-speed wifi, work area, smart TV in living room and bedroom, chillout with sofa and sunbeds. For entirely private use.
