The hostess is a sweetheart. Super polite and thoughtful. The house is beautiful ! Even more beautiful than in the Photos. A grace, very complete, items that make us really feel at home. Extremely clean and uncluttered. The condominium also very quiet and nice.

I was extremely pleased with the stay! The accommodation was clean, with all the kitchen utensils available, which made it very easy during the days I spent there. Bed linen was clean and changed regularly, ensuring even more comfort. The host was very attentive and greeted me with sympathy, with various indications of beach, restaurants, sights. The location is excellent, very close to the beach of Martins, in a quiet and quiet area, perfect for resting. The view is simply amazing, both from our room and outside the barbecue area, and the privacy of the place has provided an even more enjoyable experience. I highly recommend and I will definitely return!

The house is great for travel with family and friends. It has all necessary infrastructure (kitchen, bedding and bath, chairs and tables), large pool area with chairs, tables, guardsoils, cooler, tents and etc. For our travel proposal, the house met perfectly. Nathália always available and flexible for our needs (check-in/out), provided the contact from Paty that was perfect to give us the daily cleaning support and breakfast! The region is quiet and we didn't have any problems!

The house is very good, spacious. The garden is beautiful, the river in the background is wonderful. The sound of the rapids/waterfall is very relaxing. The rooms do not have air-conditioning and we did not get hot at night, but it was rainy. Access is by dirt road, and it was potholed because of the rain, but we chose a place in the middle of the woods, so we already expected it. Priscila was extremely attentive, flexible check-in, she attended to us promptly. This is a place to really rest, without luxury, in the middle of the woods.

Large and super well equipped house. I paid a bit more expensive, but it was super worth it. Accommodated very well my relatives, the kitchen is super well-equipped (the great pots, things to make coffee), fogao grande, which greatly reduces the expenses with food, large refrigerator, spacious and working refrigerator, hints and showers working, well airy, barbecue equipment, big yard, close to the beach that is super safe to take children for being shallow and with few waves. This place is super family and brought many good memories for my family. I can only say thank you.

We love the building, we take rainy days and the building has an indoor pool and other ways to have fun, Katia always attentive, gentle and very easy to deal with. It is not so close to the beach, but the path is quiet and pleasant. We'll be back for sure.

Gislene was a real angel! From before we arrived until it was time for us to leave. It was all clean, everything running right, the place is super cozy, we feel at home! We had never visited São Sebastião, Gislene gave us all the support and helped us with everything we need, no doubt the best possible host! Our stay at Eduardo's apartment was exceptional. The accommodation faithfully matched the photos, and Eduardo was extremely attentive throughout the booking process. When we arrived, the apartment was impeccable, with a pleasant smell and very well organized. The beach access is super quiet, and the condominium offers all the necessary amenities and even more. The condominium employees were extremely kind and polite. Township Worth every penny and we absolutely intend to go back!

The place is simply charming, great to disconnect from the running routine of the big cities, and live an experience of full contact with nature… to smell the forest, the singing of birds, the noise of the river waters running between the stones, the noise of the animals of the local fauna, and the full connection of all this with the sea and paradisiacal places of the meeting of the sea with beautiful rivers… Not to mention the cozy and comfortable accommodation space, with all rustic touch and very well done, which makes the experience super special. Mrs. Sonia is always very helpful and polite, she answers questions quickly. The apartment is very good and well equipped, we felt at home. The place is much better than in the photos. a real refuge in the midst of nature. The chalet is extremely cozy, beautiful decoration of very good taste. Every detail was minimally thought to provide the feeling of being at home. The kitchen even though there is no microwave (as already described in the listing) we are not missed. The village had all the utensils we needed, in addition to having spices. in the bathroom there was soap and shampoo, things that were hard to find elsewhere. Another important point is privacy, which despite having neighbors around the dam, does not hinder anything. The outer area is a separate attraction, such as the campfire area, the sun loungers. Not to mention the dam itself, great for bathing and kayaking. It has several fishing, ball, dominoes and cards for the guest, in addition to the beach and sunshine chairs. Dyana always very attentive, was at your disposal all the time. This chalet is well worth it, as there is a lot that is not found elsewhere

Casa de caiçara, simple but that served me very well, is by the river, my dog has had a lot of fun, is close to the waterfalls and has everything close, supermarkets, pharmacy and etc., the house is less than 10 minutes from the beach, excellent.

The house is beautiful and really stands in the super preserved forest. It is necessary to understand the proposal of the house. But it's super safe and comfortable. We have to cross a river with the car but we had no problems. The auga was relatively low despite it being a rainy season. Camila was super kind and thoughtful to solve everything. Even lazy little township appeared to say goodbye.

We love staying at the cottage. Great place for a couple. Rustic place, well airy and with a wonderful view of the forest. Wake up seeing different kinds of birds in the trees. The place was clean and had several items available for convenience. Even though it rains, we enjoyed the place well. We made a barbecue, pizza, … We will return more often for sure.

I traveled with friends to spend the new year and we were positively surprised by the chalet, the space was impeccable when we arrived, complete and exactly as advertised. The street is a bit difficult by car, so go with that in mind, and it has a lot of bush around, which attracts many insects, but nothing that was not expected. To walk to the beach of Maresias, and there is a waterfall of easy access through the house's own backyard, a delight. Isabela was solicitous and very clear with the instructions.
