A casa esta localizada em um condomínio fechado a 100 mts do mar. Da casa saindo pela área da varanda se caminha p o jardim e vc tem visão do mar ! Aceitamos apenas um pet de pequeno porte , sendo proibido circulação dele mesmo em guias e com seus tutores pelo gramado do condomínio , sujeito a multa ! A quadra possui um jardim limpo e arborizado, que leva o hospede ate a praia ! Da sala da casa tem a visão p o gramado e da p ouvir o canto dos pássaros e é possível ouvir o barulho do mar!
