A familiar location. The noise of the river water is a the playground aside , and without eminent risks because the place is fully preserved and closed . The kitchen area, leisure and the playground were the environments in which we were given rest and my family can stay in the same space . The stay was great, we were able to check in with a flexible schedule, everything was neat and smelling, the space of the house is very good and has everything that promises. Victor tipped to park on the street in front of the house and that helped a lot, there was always a vacancy and it was right in front of the house. The only point that could improve is the shower, because the water comes out very weak, so the ideal would be to put a shower with a pressurizer, but on hot days it is possible to use the shower that is in the barbecue area, there the water pressure is wonderful. I highly recommend the house, moreover the view is beautiful.

Comfortable and complete apartment, they are three internally connected condominiums in a quiet neighborhood. Concierge, pool staff, ornament and very empathetic warehouses. Olivia is a very friendly and responsive host. The apartment was spotless and perfectly located on a quiet street overlooking a small park. Half a block to the beach and great restaurants in walking distance. Very easy to check in and doormen 24/7 were super helpful. The building’s parking garage was very convenient for our rental car. We spent a great family vacation in Leblon and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in an apartment located in a quiet area, with concierge, swimming pool, gym and well organized and clean spaces. The location allowed us to explore other areas of Rio outside the typical, such as Barra de Tijuca, Grumari and Recreio, with beautiful, quieter and charming beaches ( we use uber) . There is public transport and locomotion options that make it easy to reach different points of interest, plus a supermarket a few blocks away with everything you need. The apartment is modern, comfortable, with air conditioning, electric grill and all the implements for a comfortable stay. Everything is spotless and just as described. A detail that I valued a lot is that the building has an option to recycle, which makes it easy to separate the waste from the same apartment. The communication with the host was always quick and friendly. I would definitely go back if I decide to go back to Rio, especially to this less saturated area than the classics like Copacabana.
