Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Guarapari

I felt at home in the apartment. Near the beach, restaurant, bakery and market. Very good!

The apartment is in perfect condition (painting of walls and impeccable plaster ceiling), electronic lock on the door. 3 bedrooms (2 are suite) very spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are in good condition, the apartment has a gas heater, working perfectly. The concierge of the building is 24h and easy to access, the building has foot lava on the ground floor (as it is close to the beach). I will definitely locate again when I go to Guarapari.

New apartment, fully equipped, super comfortable, I felt at home. Laudiceia, which was our host, very attentive and always worried if everything was going well. 24h gate, super insurance, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, snack bars all close.

Excellent accommodation, exceeded expectations. Great barbecue area, ocean view, full kitchen. Andre always answered our questions quickly. Very well located, we didn't even take the car out of the garage. I definitely recommend it.

It was the best apartment I ever stayed with my family in Guarapari. Impeccable bed and bath linen, all the utensils of great quality, hairdryer in the bathroom, all the rooms with air conditioning and everything impeccably clean! Brand new building and apartment and has a lookout at the lobby. Some very helpful hosts, they've even left us a treat, we'd definitely come back again! Note: the suite and the room have a sea view, in person is even better than the photos. Great place to rest and enjoy the beach.

To get the house started is in a beautiful and calm and rather reserved place. Vitor was very receptive and always willing to help as far as possible. Everything and much more we need was available in the house. Everyone in my family loved it and when the opportunity comes we'll be back. I just have to thank Vitor for everything in the 6 days we spent at his house.

We loved every moment we were in the house. Dy is WONDERFUL. I'm just grateful and until next time, GOD willing.

This is not the first time we have stayed at Solar Santa Clara. Once again, we felt at home. Eduardo is a great host and Rodrigo, who takes care of the house, is very proactive. The house has also undergone improvements in the past year, making it even more comfortable. In addition to the complete leisure area and all the necessary utensils available, we are delighted by the beautiful view of the lagoon and the many fruit trees in the yard. Valmir served us very well, super helpful and attentive. Spacious, well-ventilated house, the kitchen has all kinds of utensils you can imagine. Although it is a more retired neighborhood, it is a very quiet and calm place. If you need to go back, I certainly have my first choice.

The second time my husband and I stayed at Juliana's lodging and we intend to come back more often. The space clearly designed for the well-being of guests. It's all exactly as per listing. Perfect as always!

Marcelo's AP met my expectations, a very clean place, cozy, family environment, great location, Insurance, matches the photos. Located on the third floor, with stairs, the shower really is a little weak and to bathe in the hot it is very hot, air conditioning is a little weak, on hot days it doesn't help much, only the night that cools more. At the most I liked a lot, Marcelo very nice, request, helped us a lot to get to know the city, driving, tourist spots. Always showing wanting to help.
