There are 3 parking spaces, it can accommodate 16 guests and is pet-friendly. House with all utensils and bed linen for your convenience.

You will fall asleep to the soothing sound of the waves and enjoy the cool breeze and the sea view from practically every room in the house. Walk on the sand or bring your bike for a ride on the bike path. Family-friendly beach, great for children. All 4 bedrooms have AIR CONDITIONING and a ceiling fan. There is no problem with a lack of water, as we have a well and a cistern. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we have an AIR FRYER.

In front of the house, there is a natural stone slab, perfect for fishing with a hook and cast net. From June to August, you can watch mullet fishing right in front of you! We are in the city center, 1 block from restaurants, supermarkets, banks, shops, and the Fish Market. All the convenience of walking, on the beach and in the city!

The house, inaugurated in 2016, accommodates up to 20 people, and is literally on the edge of the sea. You wake up and you're on the beach, no bureaucracy. There are five suites (one adapted for wheelchair users), two toilets, two large balconies and a barbecue grill. The sea breeze keeps the temperature always pleasant, but if necessary all suites have air conditioning, ceiling fan and mosquito net. The pantry and living room are also equipped with ceiling fans, all for greater comfort.

With distinctive decor, it features integrated environments, a kitchen, a game room, a TV with SKY HD, a barbecue area and a dining room facing the sea. The 3 bedrooms have a queen-size box bed, split air-conditioning. The kitchen is complete, with induction stove, microwave, electric oven, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender and washing machine. It has bed linens, blankets, towels, beach chairs and umbrellas!
