Extremamente bem localizada , próxima a avenida principal e a praia, da para ir a pé em ambos. Uma casa feita pela minha família com muita qualidade em todos os aspectos. Espaço amplo com duas casas 🏠 separadas. No total são 3 grandes suítes, duas cozinhas e sala de jantar. Um grande espaço de lazer com churrasqueira, sala de estar e Jardim. *Atenção* Dentro do mesmo terreno reside caseiro Mauro, em instalação própria. Ele é o ponto focal para eventuais reparos, suportes e esclarecimentos.

The house, inaugurated in 2016, accommodates up to 20 people, and is literally on the edge of the sea. You wake up and you're on the beach, no bureaucracy. There are five suites (one adapted for wheelchair users), two toilets, two large balconies and a barbecue grill. The sea breeze keeps the temperature always pleasant, but if necessary all suites have air conditioning, ceiling fan and mosquito net. The pantry and living room are also equipped with ceiling fans, all for greater comfort.
