Comfortable accommodation within walking distance of the sea located in the middle of the regional park of Porto Conte. The house has free parking, TV, free Wi-Fi, 2 rooms with large windows and mosquito nets, living room with gas stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, a bathroom with shower, washing machine, climate, and veranda. 3.5 km from the sea, 3 km from Lake Baratz, 2km from Crai market, 500 MT ristopizzeria, 15km from Alghero, 12km caves of Nettuno, 7km Airport. Beaches not too far away.

Immersed in a garden full of olive and fruit trees, the house is part of a small residence, the "Cala Viola" farm, with 7 independent houses. The house is on the ground floor and has two outdoor verandas overlooking the garden, where you can dine while enjoying the tranquility of the place, and you might even spot some fallow deer in the distance! In the garden, there is a Jacuzzi, swimming pool, playground and barbecue area. Ideal destination for a vacation in Alghero among nature, sea and relaxation!

The room without kitchen has a separate entrance and is situated in the heart of the historical center, surrounded by many shops, bars and typical restaurants. In few minutes you can walk to both the beach and the rocks. Within walking distance there are the bus stops for various destinations (airport, beaches, other tourist destinations). You will appreciate the privacy, the location, the comforts, the cleaning. My accommodation is suitable for couples, lonely adventurers, business travelers.
