CASUEÑA is a lovely villa with a private pool, heated with saltwater chlorination all year round, a wood-fired barbecue, large trees, a six-hob cooker and a 90-cm oven. It has a fantastic 50-m² porch, which will be the focal point of activity at the house; next to it are the barbecue and the heated pool.

The space, private and of exclusive use, not shared, has been conceived and prepared so that its guests can move away from the mundane noise and to meet the carnal pleasures. On top of a small hill, next to the reserve of the Sierra de las Nieves, the complex has a private apartment, terrace and pool. Monda is situated only 20 min from Marbella, Costa del Sol and its numerous well-kept beaches. The mild climate makes the Costa Del Sol a very sort after location all year round. Monda its self is situated in the natural park of the Sierra Las Nieves. It is a small Spanish village that has numerous bars, restaurants, chemist, butchers and even 2 disco's. We also have a Castle, a cheese factory and oil press that are all well worth a visit.

Located 15 minutes from the airport, with magnificent views. A deposit of €500 is charged, which will be returned at the end, and a 20kw electricity fee per day is included. If consumption is higher, it will be charged separately. People other than guests are prohibited from entering the house, as are parties and noise that bother the neighbors. Smoking is not allowed inside

El Valle Dorado

Distributed over two floors, it has a large living room with a fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a full bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. Upstairs, it has two bedrooms with two single beds each. Outside, there is a private pool, two barbecues (one charcoal, and one gas and volcanic stone), a picnic area, and fruit trees.
