the apartment was very nice. Just to spend and visit relatives for a few days, it had all the necessary amenities, a well-equipped kitchen, a large room and the room had a comfortable sofacam to sleep. In addition it had a washing machine, even we did not have the need to use it. the cuneta sector with quite a few shops, and squares outside the whole, something far from the city, but that is a separate issue, which does not influence the quality of the accommodation. Highly recommended, if there is a new opportunity to travel we will book again

Recommended, we felt comfortable at home, Luis was an excellent host, everything was clean and organized, I'm sure we'll be back for our next vacation. The place is in a downtown spot.

We were looking for a place near the airport to spend a couple of nights, pity not being able to enjoy the space more. It is a spacious apartment, organized and designed to feel at home, the hosts take care of all the details and you really do not need anything for your stay, in addition the environment is safe and quiet to go for a walk and eat nearby, if you take a car you have a large and safe space for it. Very grateful and delighted with this place, without a doubt of the best to enjoy Guayaquil.

A beautiful home to spend time as a family, it has several restaurants and shops nearby, which can be accessed on foot crossing the pedestrian bridge that gives direct access to the shopping center, a quiet and safe sector, the guards of the building were always friendly and attentive. On the other hand, the hosts were very friendly and attentive, they answered all my questions and were very flexible with my arrival and departure times. In addition to being very honest people, I forget a strong amount of cash in the apartment and very kindly notified me and deposited it to me. I would rent it again without any hesitation.

I had a wonderful time at this Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication super easy. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located near everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!
