Our stay was very enjoyable, safe, and entertaining. We are traveling with two young children (4 and 6 years old) who found lots of fun in the building's amenities, specifically the pool and jacuzzi that were always available throughout our stay. We know the situation of insecurity that is lived in the country, but the apartment is in a very safe building and sector, whose strategic location allowed us to have direct access to restaurants, bars and tourist places leaving the vehicle in the parking lot almost all the time. The apartment is simple in its decor, but it is 100% functional, a very well equipped kitchen (you would just have to check the extractor), but it had everything you need to prepare different foods. Communication was excellent from the first contact, quick and very friendly. In addition, I should note that they helped us by extending almost 4 hours to check out at a small surcharge. I'd be back more than once

The urbanization is close to anything you need, supermarkets, restaurants, shopping centers; a super quiet place to work, super comfortable and safe stay. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Everything ok! Nice and clean place.

Zoila was great and booked us immediately after landing. The Airbnb was exactly what was described in photos and listing. Zoila was very attentive and her cleaning lady Ligia is amazing. Unfortunately the shower was broken and no hot water, but it was fixed. And the futon / couch has tears. Also we could’ve used toiletries such as toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. Otherwise it was a great home! This was recommended by Tristan who had previously stayed there. I am looking forward to booking with Zoila again. Beautiful Terrace!

Excellent stay in a very quiet place..without bulla people friendly people, the guards are all good ...the house was excellent the only thing if it would be necessary in the downstairs other air in the dining room

We were looking for a place near the airport to spend a couple of nights, pity not being able to enjoy the space more. It is a spacious apartment, organized and designed to feel at home, the hosts take care of all the details and you really do not need anything for your stay, in addition the environment is safe and quiet to go for a walk and eat nearby, if you take a car you have a large and safe space for it. Very grateful and delighted with this place, without a doubt of the best to enjoy Guayaquil.
