Stunning Luxury Loft, with Private Terrace on Canal

We loved this place! Pietro was fantastic! We appreciated him booking us a water taxi upon departure. The place was exactly as appeared in the pictures. We loved the main room, and being able to walk out of our dock onto a boat! Only about a 15 minute walk to the main Venice attractions. We wanted to stay in this part of Venice, to get a feel for how the locals live (non-touristy area). Highly recommend this property!

As expected, Giorgio was an excellent host and a true ambassador of Venice. He communicated clearly and proactively and was very easy to reach. We very much appreciated the pre-stocked groceries when we arrived. The apartment was well-appointed and maintained, making it feel like our home away from home. We had a great visit to Venice, with much credit to Giorgio. Thank you Giorgio!

Antonio and Roberta are amazing hosts! We received detailed instructions for check in and were also greeted in person by Roberta. She made us feel welcome and gave us tips on what to do locally. I highly recommend staying at this property! It is clean and in close proximity to transportation and groceries. Lastly, you can easily make it to the islands in about 15-20 minutes between walking and taking the bus. Kids will love this property also there is a trampoline and toys.

We absolutely loved this house, it was off a small canal and close to two squares where there were places to eat. Everything was easy to walk to. Great recommendations for food and things to do. Coffee provided is we wanted it for mornings. Rooms were good size, house was clean. Chiara gave us a little bag of cookies for our departure. We loved the hosts as much as the house! Spoke great English. I would absolutely stay here again if we visit.

Second time going and was just as good as the first. The host was amazing as ever and left lots of snacks and treats! The place was amazing and tidy and had everything we needed. Great for a romantic valentines getaway with my partner! Hopefully will come for a third time!

the accommodation was as described, but we had a problem with parking,as it was not possible to park in the yard but we parked on the street. In the day there were cars standing there and there was no space, one day we had a conflict with the neighbor because we parked off the lines and couldn't get out of the yard... the place was pretty cold throughout the stay. Upper floor completely cold.. This was one minus, otherwise the accommodation was very nice and close to Venice but rather for warmer months...

I had the pleasure of spending a week on this wonderful farm. The host (Cristian) was incredibly helpful and friendly, which made my stay extra enjoyable. Oasis is the chaos. Plenty of room, great views, extremely quite at night but quick walk to the main sights. Excellent and proactive communication that made arrival and check in super easy after a long day of travel.

The apartment is great. Conveniently located for visiting all of Venice on foot. 2 steps from the boat bus stop. A large supermarket not far away for shopping. Less than 10 minutes walk from Saint Marc in one direction and the arsenal on the other. The apartment is very nice, bright, with a large terrace. Alberto and Federico are very available and responsive. They gave us a map with backs of bars and restaurants. And respond via messaging very quickly to our questions. We had a great time, we hope to be back very soon!
