Close to Colmar (2.4 km), Eguisheim (1 km) and typical Alsatian villages. This gîte is a new construction (2024) and has a kitchen, bathroom, toilet, living room with sofa and a bedroom, terrace, parking and a large orchard. We have a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna accessible to our three gîtes

A few steps from the bridge of Little Venice, the house is located on a very quiet street in the boatmen's district, in the heart of the historic center of the city of Colmar. Great location for visiting Colmar on foot! Be enchanted by the old-style house, its rusticity and authenticity! You have a 28 m2 bedroom/living room, and through a common landing with Anne Marie, manager, you access the kitchen and private bathroom.

The studio consists of a kitchen, bathroom with hydromassage shower, sitting area, dining room and a 160×200 bed. A private parking space is located at the entrance of the residence.

The 2 bedrooms overlook the orchards, and a parking space is reserved for you in the courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, oven, range hood, dishwasher, large fridge.
