Very well located, all within a 10-minute walk (beach, SNCF train station, direct TGV to Paris, market every day, shopping avenue, a small Carrefour Market, bakery) I live next door in the same garden, so I will be at your disposal, but the whole garden will be yours as well as the garden furniture. I can possibly add a 90 cm folding bed. the shower room and separate toilet have a window.

PS: mattress topper for more comfort and due to some negative feedback on the initial mattress, put in place since July 30, 2024.
