Modern cottage in the heart of the Brière park with views of a wooded park. In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

La Petite Maison

Nice little house bathed in light in the heart of the salt-producing village of Saillé. It consists of a living area and a bathroom on the ground floor with a total area of 30 m2 and a mezzanine of 10 m2. The sleeping area on the mezzanine is in the attic. This accentuates the very pleasant feeling of sleeping on top of a cabin under the stars (the skylights are however equipped with blackout blinds). A small south-facing terrace allows you to enjoy the sun without being overlooked.

The accommodation is 500 m from the Porte Saint-Michel and the walled city of Guérande, 5 km from La Baule, 20 km from the Saint-Nazaire shipyards, 12 km from the Grande Brière, 3 km from the salt marshes, 8 km from the fishing port of La Turballe.

At the edge of the house passes a GR as well as the Velocéan bike path allowing you to reach the beaches by bike.
