Composition: Ground floor: laundry/bicycle garage. 1st floor: living room opening onto terrace with kitchen A/E, separate toilet and shower room. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed, one with a 140 cm bed on the mezzanine and a 90 cm bed, and the third with 2 90 cm beds with a 3rd 90 cm bed in the drawer), bathroom with toilet. Unfenced garden.

Beach 5 min walk, quality renovation

The location of the house is ideal for doing everything on foot: 5 min from the beach, 2 min from the market, and 15 from the train station if necessary. Once your car is parked, it won't need to come out again. In the garden you will find an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach, as well as a terrace with garden furniture. Attachment points will allow you to secure your bikes. The interior renovation was tastefully carried out by our friend, an interior designer, in collaboration with Lisa.

Stylish and carefully decorated, the apartment is designed and equipped for guest comfort. You will particularly appreciate the space, the many amenities and the balcony.

The house is located in La Turballe, quiet with views of the salt marsh ponds. Les Bretons beach is 150 m from the house, you can walk there of course. You are also 800 m from the Port of La Turballe which is the first fishing port of the Pays de Loire... From the terrace of our house, you have a view of the ponds, which are at the bottom of the garden, you can admire egrets... herons... ducks... sacred ibis of the Nile........ Small vacation home with lots of character built in 2014 on a pleasant wooded plot 300 m from the beach and 400 m from the village with all amenities. Functional and easy to live in on sunny days, comfortable and warm in the off season, we furnished it in the spirit of a 1960s seaside resort. An ideal place to recharge your batteries but also visit the Guérandaise Peninsula, the Brière, the Gulf of Morbihan or Belle-Ile-en-Mer (from La Turballe).

My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). The neighborhood is very quiet and you can park your car in the driveway of the house. The house is not accessible to PRM.
