The location of the house is ideal for doing everything on foot: 5 min from the beach, 2 min from the market, and 15 from the train station if necessary. Once your car is parked, it won't need to come out again. In the garden you will find an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach, as well as a terrace with garden furniture. Attachment points will allow you to secure your bikes. The interior renovation was tastefully carried out by our friend, an interior designer, in collaboration with Lisa.

Our small 25 m² house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just a stone's throw from the ramparts and the salt marshes of Guérande. The accommodation is brand new, and you'll find everything you need to feel at home there ;-) The property is equipped with a 160-cm double bed, a lovely kitchen (dishwasher, etc.) with a dining area, and a living room. You will have the use of a patio (table, chairs, garden furniture, barbecue) and a 100 m² garden, which is fully enclosed and has its own private entrance.
