The apartment is located on the first floor of a small, relatively old condominium that can sometimes be in a worn-out condition. Its maintenance and renovation therefore progresses a little every year. However, it is very pleasant to live in, bright and very well located in the heart of the village. It is rated two stars to accommodate 5 people with its level of comfort or "standing". We enjoy staying there very much and also offer you to enjoy it in return for a very reasonable rent.

It is a pretty 96 m2 architect-designed semi-detached house with a private heated pool (the pool is part of the house) that can comfortably accommodate 6 guests, it is located in a private cul-de-sac in the Acotz district, away from traffic noise. Beaches are within walking distance (15 min walk). You can get to downtown Saint-Jean-de-Luz by the coastal road (15 min by bike or 50 min walk) or take the bus stop 100 m from the house.
