Cette maison de maître de 350m2 sur un terrain de 2 500m2 avec piscine et vue dominante sur l'océan et les montagnes comprend: Au RDC: une belle entrée avec bibliothèque, un bureau, une superbe pièce à vivre avec salon/salle à manger (cheminée fonctionnelle), une cuisine bien équipée et un wc separé. Au 1er étage: -deux chambres avec un lit 140cm, rangements, salle de bains attenante (baignoire); -une chambre avec un lit 140cm, rangements, salle d'eau attenante (douche); -une chambre avec un lit 160cm, rangements, salle d'eau attenante (douche); -un wc separé. I rent my studio in Guéthary in the Basque Country (between Biarritz and St-Jean-de-Luz), 15/20 min. walk to the beach and 10 min. walk to the restaurants and bars of the village. It consists of a bedroom/living room/office, a separate kitchenette and a closed bathroom/WC room. It is bright, renovated in 2021 and fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, oven/microwave, fridge, freezer, espresso coffee machine, dishes, Wi-Fi (fiber), etc. Free parking space in front of the residence.

It is a pretty 96 m2 architect-designed semi-detached house with a private heated pool (the pool is part of the house) that can comfortably accommodate 6 guests, it is located in a private cul-de-sac in the Acotz district, away from traffic noise. Beaches are within walking distance (15 min walk). You can get to downtown Saint-Jean-de-Luz by the coastal road (15 min by bike or 50 min walk) or take the bus stop 100 m from the house.
