It is the perfect place to enjoy a privileged environment surrounded by nature. Spacious apartment with modern spaces recently renovated and equipped in detail, to spend a few days with the family. The house has a cooling floor for summer and a heating floor for winter due to aerothermal energy. It is very calm and quiet, with high-performance windows and additional insulation, no outside noise is perceived. Garage space included and community pool open in the summer months.

Apartamento recién renovado con los mejores materiales y servicios. Situado un una urbanización segura y tranquila, rodeado de preciosos jardines. Cuenta con dos piscinas de gran tamaño comunitarias, una de ellas especial para niños. Las piscinas están abiertas solo durante el verano. Aparcamiento gratis justo enfrente del edificio. Acceso a caminos y rutas para pasear y respirar aire puro. Muy cercano al camino de San Pedro, así como al pueblo y supermercados. Te encantará!

"El Huertecito" apartment, Navarredonda, Gredos.

Hello, we are Paz and Diego, owners of the Huertecito. El Huertecito is a full rental house, it has a large room, it is located on the second floor which allows wonderful views of the Sierra de Gredos from its terrace. We opened it in 2018 and we can highlight its spaciousness, fireplace and its terrace with unbeatable views of the mountains. The maximum capacity of the house is: 2 adults and 1 child (up to 12 years old) or 2 adults and 1 baby (maximum 1 baby).

A large terrace is visible through expansive glass doors, featuring a dining table surrounded by chairs. Vibrant trees in autumn colors provide a scenic view, while a park-like area is seen beyond the railing. Natural light enhances the inviting space.

Spacious and comfortable accommodation, with an excellent location, surrounded by green areas and just 2 minutes from the Prado Basilica; it is fully equipped, to make you feel at home: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large terrace overlooking the Prado Gardens, living room with 50" TV, and fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven...). Two bedroom apartment completely renovated and with beautiful views of the Sierra de Gredos. It is very well located, right at the entrance of Arenas de San Pedro. We are an international family and love accepting all kinds of guests from all over the world. We speak Spanish, English, Polish, Dutch and German.

A cozy bedroom features a spacious bed with a light-colored duvet and decorative pillows. Natural light filters through a window, highlighting the wooden ceiling beams. A chair is positioned next to the window, and a small nightstand is situated beside the bed.
