Our aim is to provide travelers with the best possible accommodation within a reasonable budget. Our 16m² studio, though simple, is highly functional and has been completely renovated in 2023. It is conveniently located within walking distance of all necessary shops. You can check-in at your convenience, park temporarily in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then find nearby free parking. Bus lines L109 to Labège or L6 and 81 to Toulouse via the metro are just 100 meters away

You can also drive to Toulouse in 25 minutes or in 10 minutes to Nailloux to enjoy the famous village or its lake with Aquaparc. The city of Carcassonne is 1 hour away and Narbonne beach is 1.5 hours away.

Boat on the Canal du Midi near Toulouse

The boat is located between Toulouse and Castelnaudary. This houseboat is rented as a river cottage; it won't be possible to sail. The goal is to discover the calm and tranquility of the Canal du Midi while staying on the "Dimples". My place is close to several restaurants and family-friendly activities are close by. (water games, equestrian center, brand village). A bike ride under the plane trees of the bike path is recommended.

I will do everything to make you feel at home in my apartment: it is bright and very quiet. (Please note: the kitchen is not equipped with a microwave oven).

Enjoy a home located on the banks of the Garonne, in the heart of Toulouse, bright and with unobstructed views. Close to tourist attractions and places to go out, you can visit Toulouse on foot. A nearby bar can generate noise on some evenings, but our double glazed windows installed in November 2025 allow for good insulation. If necessary, earplugs are also provided. During the day the accommodation is quiet.
