The small charming townhouse is located centrally in Nysted town, close to the harbor, where it buzzes with life in the summer and overlooks Ålholm Castle. The house is located within walking distance to a cozy beach, close to small unique shops. Enjoy your stay in this old cozy market town. The whole area offers beautiful nature, which is ideal for walking or cycling. On the edge of Nysted there is a bird sanctuary, a small marina, ice house and restaurants as well as several playgrounds. In addition to this, Kettinge swimming pool is close by

We live 45 km from the southernmost point in Denmark, Sydstenen in Gedser. The holiday home is located in Sønderby on the island of Femø with rural surroundings and the most beautiful view of the field and the Smålandshavet - which is a bird sanctuary. Here, the family can enjoy peace and quiet in our bright, 160 sqm home on two floors on the west side of the island, with the most beautiful sunset over the sea. At night, you will be surprised by the clear starry sky. The house has Wi-Fi fiber 1000 Mbit. When the heat is needed, guests pay for the consumption of the heating oil at the daily price.
