Come get away to this river retreat just outside of Lakewood Ranch. This property has three separate rental units on it including this charming single bedroom cottage with access to the river. It comes with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation! Cabin 1 - Old World Preserve Side

We only accept a reservation from a guest with reviews. This waterfront cabin is ideal. Furnished in an Old Florida Style with two single beds, a table lamp, and a chair. The bathhouse is steps away. No bathroom or kitchen in the cabin. Check-in between 3 PM and 6 PM. No late check-ins. A cabin deposit of $100 is mandatory. We welcome small dogs under 25 lbs. no exceptions. Message us before you make the reservation with a pet. A fee of $15 per day and a pet deposit of $50 taken at check-in.

The Lakeview is a cozy independent apartment with a separate entrance and its very own screened in breezeway. The apartment is bright and airy and decorated with fresh coastal Florida colors.
