Die sehr ruhige Wohnung in dekorativer Vintageeinrichtung hat ein Wohnzimmer mit Bürotisch, Esszimmer, Küche, Schlafzimmer, Diele, Badezimmer und separates WC (circa 60m2) und einen privaten Gartenhof zur Alleinbenutzung (circa 18m2). Sie befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Stichstrasse gegenüber des Karmanauditoriums der Universität RWTH Aachen, sehr zentrale Stadtlage, 5 Gehminuten zum Marktplatz, Rathaus und Aachener Dom mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés und kulturellen Angeboten.

Midden tussen de heuvels aan een doorlopende weg ligt in een klein gehucht ons Guesthouse. Een mooie uitvalsbasis voor een leuk uitstapje. In de ochtend een ontspannende wandeling en in de middag een citytrip naar Maastricht, Aken of Luik dat is allemaal binnen handbereik. Aankomst vanaf 15:00 uur Vertrek voor 11:00 uur of in overleg. Roken en huisdieren niet toegestaan. Niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen. We werken met een sleutelkastje.

In one of the most beautiful and oldest streets of Maastricht you’ll find this lovely loft with a wintergarden (Serre) and a outside garden in the middle of the city center. Its situated in an old monumental building from the late 17th century. The studio is on the ground floor wich means you dont need to clime any stairs. Its a 5-10 minute walk from the central station.
