This is a private container house on the shore of Lake Gyokudō, a beautiful lake in Suefuno, Chichibu. We connected a 20 ft container and a 12 ft container with an outdoor living room. Limited to one group, so you can enjoy with peace of mind. We reuse containers that were actually used at sea, so you can feel the authentic taste and romance. The site is 250 tsubo, so it's okay to bring a tent. Barbecues and fires are allowed on the premises. You can enjoy a barbecue over a direct fire. We also have a tent sauna, drum can bath, firewood cutting experience, row boat, etc. Please let me know if you have any requests. You can go down to the shore of Lake Gyokudoyo from the premises. After locally sourcing fresh ingredients, head to the Rock Forest, park your car in the parking lot, and climb the stairs to carry the ingredients to the hearth space. From Tokyo to Karuizawa, it is 60 minutes by Shinkansen, and 30 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station, so for example, you can work in the morning and take a half afternoon. Guests can enjoy natural private onsens in the large size villa located in the national park. The private villa has 2 floors and each floor has over 120 square meters. The highlights of the villa are stone bath at inside of the villa and cypress bath at outside. Enjoy our natural onsen at both inside and outside!
