Cozy apartment in a quiet location with balcony

The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

Our house is located in the historic village center of Bischleben, a district of the state capital Erfurt. The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

The finca is very idyllically located. Viva la Dolce Vita. Lake Garda feeling in the middle of the Steigerwald. 10 minutes by car from the state capital Erfurt. The exclusive furnishings with high-quality materials and the unobstructed view of the three Gleichen are unique. Bicycle/hiking tours are a highlight here. The large pool and the jacuzzi are available seasonally from Jan–Oct. The sauna can be used all year round for up to 6 people. The barbecue grill and the 2 fireplaces invite you to relax.

In the surrounding area there are a variety of excursion destinations such as the suspension rope bridge, the model railway in Wiehe, the Rosarium in Sangerhausen, the Kyffhäuser and the Panorama Museum in Bad Frankenhausen. The nearby Unstrut bike path invites you to explore the Unstrut Valley by bike.

Small vacation home in Thuringia. In the immediate vicinity is a lake and a river with boat stairs as well as a well-developed cycling network. An ideal starting point for your excursions. The vacation home with large garden offers a separate bedroom, a private bathroom and a living area with a very well-equipped kitchen and dining area. In the living area there is a sofa bed and a fireplace. The entire vacation home has underfloor heating.

East vacation home

Our vacation home, in Sundhausen, consisting of an east apartment and a west apartment, offers a total space for 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

In a park-like garden with the sound of the Unstrut. Approximately 10 meters from the yurt is the economic part. Modern bathroom (toilet, shower and sink), modern kitchen with dining table. We and our two children welcome you to our small country house. We often spend our weekends and holidays here in rural surroundings. We occupy ourselves with the small garden and the animals, try our hand at old handicraft techniques, explore the surroundings, go for a walk in the forest and swim in the outdoor pool. This is how we relax here and regain strength for everyday life.
