The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." With the bus stop, which is just across the property, you can easily arrange a city day in Würzburg or Karlstadt. Shopping facilities are about 3 minutes away by car.

The cozy shepherd's wagon is located in the old town of Margetshöchheim, right on the Main bike hiking trail, just a few steps away from the water. Shopping, a bakery, a swimming lake & the Rococo garden are also nearby. Somewhat hidden, the romantic retreat is a private refuge with a veranda, outdoor shower, herb corner & outdoor kitchen.
