Warning: Not suitable for the elderly: spiral staircase, difficult to access. The pool is available from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. The swimming pool is shared with the owners

The Vineyard House

The accommodation is composed of a living room and a "parental bedroom" with shower in the bedroom. The property also has a veranda converted into a summer living room. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has a secure outdoor parking space with an electric gate. The accommodation is 3 minutes from Chablis, 5 minutes from the A6 highway and 15 minutes from Auxerre.

La Petite Maison

It is a small house, 46m2 of living space. It is separated from the sidewalk by a covered patio (12m2). It is adjoining but independent from the owners' house who leave access to their yard to park the car. Pets are not accepted. Parties are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation and on the patio.
