Welcome to our cozy 60 m2 apartment located in Moneteau! This one is perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for a convenient place to stay. The accommodation has been recently renovated. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials. The city of Moneteau is 5 minutes from Auxerre, a very nice tourist city to visit. We are looking forward to hosting you in our apartment for your next stay or business trip to the city!

Cosy retreat with terrace and private parking - 5 minutes from the river

Welcome to my wooden house... Warm and comfortable, you can stay there for a weekend, a few days to visit this beautiful region, or simply for business reasons... The house consists of a bedroom with a 160 cm bed (sleeping on the sofa is not allowed), a living room with a fitted kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. There is another wooden building on the same plot, but the garden and parking are not shared. To each their own 😊

First accommodation in the middle of the forest

8 minutes from the city center of Auxerre, a nice and quiet setting in the middle of the forest, we offer 3 small studios for 2 people, not overlooked, private entrances with a living area and the bedroom upstairs. You will be independent and you will not disturb anyone. All outdoor spaces and pool are shared with other guests. Everything you need is provided, linen and toiletries are provided.

The Lodge

On the ground floor, a very bright 60 m² lodge, with all modern comforts, in the heart of nature and in a peaceful setting. You can make the most of the hanging bed. Large windows give you a view of the pond with its fountain in summer. Its entirely hand-crafted corded wood wall is exceptionally charming. Separate from my home, the Lodge is set in lush green surroundings.

The Vineyard House

The accommodation is composed of a living room and a "parental bedroom" with shower in the bedroom. The property also has a veranda converted into a summer living room. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has a secure outdoor parking space with an electric gate. The accommodation is 3 minutes from Chablis, 5 minutes from the A6 highway and 15 minutes from Auxerre.
